Sendcloud supports the purchase of corresponding service items on demand. Supported payment method:

Wire transfer: if you have a company bank account in China, you can contact us to open the payment method of corporate transfer.

For users who have purchased the sendcloud service, the corresponding receipt can be obtained through the payments.

If you need Chinese mainland invoice, please contact us and use Alipay \ Wire transfer payment.

Note: due to the limitation of PayPal platform, mutual transfer between Chinese accounts is not allowed. Please use PayPal accounts in non Chinese regions for payment.

Email purchase

It is recommended to purchase the number of e-mails on demand. The number of e-mails purchased each time is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. If it is not used up for more than 2 years, it will be invalid.

Network traffic cost

By default, each free Email has a limit of 200KB for the paid user. The monthly traffic cost will be calculated as following: (actual traffic usage - total free traffic) * 0.3$/GB

Past due will affect email delivery

Billing

Sendcloud provides monthly consumption items and details by month.

We charge for mail delivery according to the delivery result. Mail billing result type:

• Delivered
• Soft bounce
• Invalid email: Format Error \ Not Exist \ Reject \ Junk Mail

Security setup

We provide four security verification methods:

1. Login password
2. Registered email
3. Binding mobile phone
4. Google authentication

When modifying security settings, the default authentication mode of the system is as follows:

• When mobile phone number and Google authentication are not bound, login password and email verification code are used for authentication.
• When the mobile phone is bound but not Google authentication, the login password and mobile phone verification code are used for authentication.
• When Google authentication is bound, the login password and Google verification code are used for authentication.

2FA Login

After the switch is turned on, the second authentication is carried out according to the setting mode when logging in to protect the security of your account.

Setting of pixelating sensitive information

When switch is on, the sensitive information will be pixelated

Exportation verification

After the switch is turned on, the delivery response data will be exported and verified according to the setting mode.

IP protection

Only white list IP is allowed to call API interface or request STMP service. At the same time, we also provide the request IP information in nearly 30 days, as well as the interception times, so that users can check suspicious IP.

Message

Message includes four types: notice, reminder, check and operations. Sendcloud will send in station notifications for all notifications, and support setting email and SMS notifications. Please enter the Notice Settings to set.

Notice Setting

• Alert & Notification: support user-defined threshold and notification method of notification trigger . For example, when the balance is less than 100 yuan, send "email" and "SMS" Notification.
• Operation Notice: you can set it that notify you when exporting data or when the account is operated .
• Member to notifys: if the relevant notification methods are set, sendcloud will send the notification one by one according to the notification members, and users can add or delete the notification member information as needed.
